Crittenden County's football team is having three-a-day practices for camp week. The boys report at 7 a.m., and are at the school all day.
The team is showing signs of improvement as hitting drills intensify. Some young, up-and-coming players to watch for this season are Devin Hopper, Maeson Myers, Nick Castiller, Travis Fitzgerald and Dylan Hollis. All of them are freshmen and sophomores but will be impact players this season. Alex Cosby, Austin Sitar and Seth Birdwell are also young players who have a chance to make a name for themselves in 2013.
The Rockets have only six seniors and three juniors so the young players will be counted on to carry a heavy burden this season.
