Rockets fall 74-70 in epic battle

MARION, Ky. – Ballard Memorial won a game that all involved or viewed will talk about for ages. Crittenden County fell 74-70 in this epic battle.

A number of individual and team records were broken and at least a couple of new statewide marks were set in the game.

While it will take some time to sort through it all, it's apparent that Ethan Dossett's six touchdown receptions ties a state record and his 347 yards receiving sets a new state receiving standard.

The game was an incredible test of wills – at least for each offense. By game's end, every player was spent. The contest lasted three and one-half hours.
