Week 1 Tidbits
- The Crittenden County defense held its opponent to single digits in its fourth consecutive season opener which is the first time that has happened in school history.
- Only one time in the past 18 games has a Rocket QB passed for more than the 95 yards Nick Castiller did last week. (144 Yards, Travis Gilbert, Muhlenberg County, 2013)
- The Rockets scored 14 points in the 3rd quarter last week. They haven't scored more than that in the 3rd quarter since week 10 of the 2006 season when they scored 21 points against Russellville.
- The Rockets had 19 first downs last week. In the last 92 games, they have only had more first downs once which was in week 3 of 2012 against Union County when they 23 (the school record for a game).
- The Rockets had 8 penalties last week. In the last 42 games, they have only had more penalties once which was in week 2 of 2010 against Massac County (IL) when they 9.
