Senior running back Lane Wallace has won the preseason Ironman competition for the second straight time; however, there was a tie between Wallace and Seth Birdwell.
The competition includes weightlifting, running and agilities and helps kickoff the beginning of preseason football workouts.
Wallace is the leading returning rusher on the Rocket football team. Birdwell is a defensive back and receiver.
