Rocket 2013 Season Recap
RECORD:
3-7 (0-3 District)

The 2013 CC defense gave up 300 or more points for the third consecutive season. This is the first time in school history that has occurred.

The 2013 Rocket Defense allowed 40+ points six times last season which has only occurred two other times (1970, 1977).

The highest point total in a game last season was 35 which was the lowest season high for points since 1995 when team's high point game was 27.

Other Notes:
CC has not scored a special teams touchdown since week 6 of the 2011 season against Marshall County. The last time the Rockets went longer without scoring a special teams touchdown was a 43 game stretch from week 1 of the 1997 season to week 8 of the 2000 season.

Ironically, after the streak was broken in 2000 the Rockets scored a special teams touchdown in 5 of the next 19 games.
